Please Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns and issue refunds on certain items and under specific circumstances.
What can be returned?
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery charges.
- Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order free of charge up to 6 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Please contact us by phone at 9622239229 or email us at contact@zrfmeatup.com to cancel your order.
What can’t be returned?
- Fresh Meat: Unfortunately, due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of fresh meat products once they have left our shop.
- Opened or Consumed Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed items.
How to Return an Item
If you believe you qualify for a return, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
